If you are not receiving community messages or digests, please work with your IT team to whitelist @connectedcommunity.org. To make sure email gets delivered to your inbox, you may also want to set up a filter. Below are steps for doing so in Outlook and Gmail.
Outlook
- On the Home tab, click Junk.
- Click Junk Email Options.
- On the Safe Senders tab, add the domain name: connectedcommunity.org.
- Click Apply and Okay.
Gmail
- Click the cog icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings from the list that appears.
- On the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab, click the Create a new filter link.
- In the From field, enter the domain name: connectedcommunity.org.
- Click Create filter.
- Check Never send it to Spam and select Create filter again.
