Email Whitelisting

If you are not receiving community messages or digests, please work with your IT team to whitelist @connectedcommunity.org. To make sure email gets delivered to your inbox, you may also want to set up a filter.  Below are steps for doing so in Outlook and Gmail.

 

Outlook
  1. On the Home tab, click Junk.
  2. Click Junk Email Options.
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, add the domain name: connectedcommunity.org.
  4. Click Apply and Okay.

Gmail
  1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings from the list that appears.
  3. On the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab, click the Create a new filter link.
  4. In the From field, enter the domain name: connectedcommunity.org.
  5. Click Create filter.
  6. Check Never send it to Spam and select Create filter again.
